Precast Plant Certification
The Canadian Precast Concrete Quality Assurance (CPCQA) program certifies manufacturing precast plants in Canada following the requirements of CSA A23.4 and PCI Quality Control Manuals MNL-116 and 117. The purpose of the CPCQA is to protect and advance the best interests of the precast concrete industry in Canada and to protect and serve the public from a safety perspective.
