Val is the President of the CPCI, a leading organization representing the Canadian precast concrete industry for over sixty years. Val brings strong technical knowledge and expertise in the design and manufacturing of precast concrete systems. He is the liaison with the CPCI Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Technical Committee. In this role, Val is committed to developing strong value propositions for CPCI stakeholders and Members and continues to lead the organization and the industry in strategic development.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Brian is the staff liaison with CPCI's Marketing Committee and leads CPCI's continuing education programs with an emphasis on AEC professionals. He has been extensively involved with CPCI members and affiliates to grow the market by promoting the attributes of precast concrete systems to owners and developers. Brian has done significant work in the development of sustainable strategies for the Canadian precast concrete industry and represents it on both national and international organizations including the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, Athena Sustainable Materials Institute, the Concrete Council of Canada as well as NPCA & PCI.

COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Ariane is the staff liaison with CPCI's Student Education Committee. She is responsible for managing CPCI's communications activities including the social/digital media programs, advertising campaigns, online and print publications, promotion of events, managing sponsorships and assisting with regional chapter activities. Ariane also manages CPCI's educational programs, which include the promotion and coordination of National Precast Day events, the National Student Design Competition, the Precast Studio Program and the CPCI Scholarship Program.

MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR | ADMINISTRATOR
Amanda serves as the first point of contact for all membership inquiries and prides herself on providing timely resources and information to members - whether current or prospective. In her roll as Administrator, she works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that daily operations run efficiently. She also spearheads the coordination and logistics of the Canadian Precast Concrete Convention as well as various seminars and meetings that CPCI hosts throughout the year.

Ray is the staff liaison with CPCI Western Chapters (BC, AB, and MB/SK) and CPCI's Sustainability, Safety, and Productivity committee. He is responsible for managing technical inquiries, industry advocacy for provincial codes and standards, and business development in Western Canada. Ray also leads CPCI's efforts related to net-zero, LEED, and life cycle assessments.

Mahsa is the staff liaison with CPCI Eastern Chapters (QC, Atlantic) and is responsible for managing technical inquiries, industry advocacy for provincial codes and standards, and business development in Eastern Canada. She provides support to regional CPCI members, designers, and specifiers of precast concrete systems and represents the industry by participating in national and regional conferences and trade shows.

Rihab plays a key role in advancing CPCI's communications goals by developing and implementing a variety of programs. As Communications Coordinator, she develops social media content and digital media campaigns to enhance CPCI's online visibility. Her responsibilities also include coordinating webinar logistics, maintaining the CPCI website, supporting digital publications, and assisting in the promotion and organization of CPCI's events and seminars.
