Eagle Builders is looking to add a new Site Supervisor to our team who will lead the charge of our agricultural, commercial, and multi-level buildings. As a Site Supervisor, we need you to coordinate and manage our team of trades, build, and maintain an accelerated schedule, and ensure process, safety, and quality are at or above our high standards. With your leadership, detail, and organizational skills, we want you to join our team and be part of the next generation of construction.

The ideal candidate is an energetic worker who's comfortable working at home but has a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel to jobsites for meetings, inspections and collaboration with the client (likely never overnight). They understand the basics of construction, are computer versatile and have good communication skills in English (both verbal and written). They are self-confident with good organization and problem-solving skills and can professionally present their argument in an effort to resolve a dispute.

Reporting to the Sales/Project Development Senior, you’ll support daily operations by organizing meeting agendas, taking minutes, documenting action items, and ensuring all details are accurately loaded into Procore. This role also involves setting up schedules and templates to help keep projects on track and meet deadlines. Success in this role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent time management, and effective communication skills.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Field Operations Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Structural Installation department. This role is critical to ensuring seamless project execution and department efficiency.
