The use of exterior double wythe insulated wall panel construction allows the painted precast walls to serve as the interior finish, streamlining the building process and providing a sleek, modern look. A prominent design feature is the large opening in the roof, designed to accommodate skylights, which are supported by robust precast slabs that ensure structural integrity while flooding the interior with natural light. |
The exterior walls are finished with a brick formliner and multitone paint, adding a sophisticated texture and visual interest. Inside, reveals are strategically employed in the corridors to create dynamic design elements, adding depth and character to the space.
